March was just a busy month of our regular routine with these three charming creatures.  Here in Massachusetts we had some wicked nice weather that was thoroughly enjoyed by all!

february!

February truly was a delightful and festive month chez Rosenbaum - 

how could it not have been with a 5th birthday to celebrate?

This year Max's friends gathered at "Jump Around," an indoor, inflatable park of sorts - and everyone had a blast!

 Jane and the darling Del Col kids at the bottom of the huge slide...

 Cake Time!

We celebrated again with Grammie, Papa & KK... 

And Max was stunned and thrilled by his big gift!

 Max & Kate continued to deepen their sibling bond...

(Max really is incredible with babies!)

 And Kate continued to progress...

 and delight us...

 Grams came from Sedona to visit which is always fantastic...

where they saw a movie and went bowling!)

 Jane enjoyed the spotlight as the "Very Important Toddler" at school...

And in exceptionally thrilling news...

Misato & Brian got engaged!!!

january!

January was a great month chez Rosenbaum.

Some highlights:

BB was home from Japan!

Brook, Max & BB went skiing!

Max & I went ice skating!

But probably the most exciting thing was that 

Max earned his yellow belt at karate!

Just before the test, Max looks calm and confident...

 Initial warm up exercises...

 Then, Max crushing it during the "messy back yard" exercise...

No one could stop him!

 Sensei Paul bestowing the yellow belt on Max...

 And a proud high five!

 Woohoo!!!

As the month neared its end, we had to say farewell to BB...

hello 2012!

We had a fantastic time ringing in 2012!

The Rosenbaum 5 went with the Chaffees and Cori & Ryan to Ryan's family's home on Cape Cod.  We ate, drank, celebrated and were in bed by 11pm... It was perfect.

december: it's about time!

I'm way behind, I know!!!

Here are some highlights from one magical December:

First, we spent a festive afternoon at the BSO's Holiday Pops...

 

And when we couldn't talk to Santa personally at the Pops, 

we followed him to the mall! 

Kate spent the beginning of her third month smiling... 

We celebrated Hannukah...

We decorated a gingerbread house...

And late one night, Santa came to town!

 Max calling Papa to announce that Santa left a steam engine for him!

 Jane and her baby dolly!

 BB came home!

 The Kearnsie's came on Christmas Day!

And finally,

Daddy turned 29!!!
