In typical fashion, we spent many August days in Old Lyme
having tons of fun at White Sands Beach...
It was especially awesome because UNCLE BB was with us!!!
And our new buddy Alex, too!
Kate perfected her walking (running!) skills...
And made sure I saw many beautiful sunrises
I might have otherwise missed...

And Marianne came from NYC to celebrate her birthday with us!

Meanwhile, these two snuck off for a Northern Italian Adventure!
Then we had to say farewell to BB...
boooohoooooo!!!!
All in all it was a spectacular month!
