it's time!

It's been almost exactly a year since 

our last Happy Rosenbaums update... 

So Much Has Happened! 

In fact, so many things have happened in the past twelve months that keeping up with everything was just impossible. 

We moved to a new house! 

We went on lots of trips and adventures! 

KK & Matt got married! 

BB & Misato got married! 

Max is in first grade! 

Jane is finishing Pre-K! 

Kate is 2 going on 22! 

BB & Misato had a beautiful baby girl - Sora Jane! 

It's time to get this all on our blog!!! 

I've been thinking a lot about how to tackle this daunting task, and here is my strategy. In this initial post, we will (very briefly) recap 2014 so far, followed soon by a few posts with this year's highlights (SORA!). Then, over time, the highlights of last year will be posted in a 

Happy Rosenbaums: REWIND series. 

Hopefully I can get current and eventually back to monthly updates soon!

JANUARY

January was COLD! So like good New Englanders 

we got out and enjoyed the snow...

Brook, BB, Max & Jane went on a fun ski weekend in Vermont!

And later BB returned to Japan...

One very BIG birthday...

MARCH

 March kicked off with the gift that keeps on giving ... 

A SURPRISE KANTER FAMILY VISIT!

 Then Max chipped his (permanent, adult!) tooth 

in a playground incident...

APRIL

 Milder weather meant more time outside ... so refreshing!

Jane geared up for her annual dance performance...

MAY

Spring FINALLY sprung!

 Jane took the stage in this year's performance: "Newsies"

Celebrating with our star!

Kate acted like a very big kid at the dentist...

And Brook & I snuck away to Maine for an overnight adventure

with our lovely friends, the Schaffers....

 Happy Anniversary to us! 8 Incredible Years!
