moving day!

Big News!*

We're moving to our very own house!!!

Today the moving truck arrived which was thrilling for some (Max) and downright staggering for others (me). Our "stuff" has been in storage in Phoenix since Autumn of 2007 - nearly three years! What is even in that truck (and now in our house)?! It'll be a surprise for all of us...

{*This is Big News for the 2-3 people left on the planet who haven't yet heard about the house from me or my mom...}

bunnies bring out the best in my kids...

This Spring I heard about a photography studio that brings in "live bunnies" for Easter photo sessions. I didn't know what to expect on the photography side, but I knew Max & Jane would love to see and hold an adorable little bunny... so I signed up. The results are incredible! winter get-away...

Florida.

It was an interesting trip for us.

Quite simply, it was cold which is not the kind of delightful Spring escape we New Englanders are looking for when we head south in March. We made the best of it with a quick venue change early on and a few brave dips in the (thankfully) heated pool. Our second hotel was a Disney resort which was a fantastic antidote to our chilled moods, especially when Goofy & Donald joined us for breakfast.
